  1. Open the email that you want to whitelist.
  2. Click on their image/picture at the top left.
  3. Click “Add to contacts” and you’re done.

  1. Hover over the sender’s name..
  2. Click “Add to Contacts”.

  1. Open the email.

  4. Save.

If that doesn’t work, try this…

  1. Click “Options” and then“Mail Options” from the drop-down menu.
  2. In the “Options” tab, select “Filters” from the left menu.
  3. Click the “Add Filter” button in the top bar.
  4. Type a name for your filter in the “Filter name” field.
  5. Select “contains” in the “sender” drop-down menu.
  6. Type the email address in the “sender” text field.
  7. In the “Move to Folder” drop-down menu, select “Inbox.”
  8. Click“Save Changes”.
